What should I do about this ring I bought?

& when it came the pearl was cracked & the top is come of the hole where the finger goes:( & i didn’t see it until i opened it:( i feel like crying..
should I just order a new one or call customer service?? i doubt they’d believe me & ive already opened it torn up the receipt lol
