How to tone belly and upper body in a woman of 45?
I have recently lost 3 stones and have a further 3 to go. My bum and legs are fine but all my fat seems to be around my belly and upper body – shoulders, back, arms. I’m size 12 on the bottom and 22 on the top!
Can you advise me what kind of exercise would be best to tone my upper body as I lose the rest of the weight?
I already walk 30 mins or more daily, and swim a couple of hours a week .
I’d like something I can do at home but dance videos leave me cold. Can anyone recommend any other at home videos I could use maybe, or anything else?

Sorry, no exercise can target an area for loss. But if you are halfway to your goal, just keep working at it, and you’ll get there. As far as strengthening the muscle in upper body, all the standard calisthenics work – pushups, pullups, chinups, etc.
