How do you make a slave bracelet like the one in this picture?

It can be done with basic beading techniques. You would need beeding wire (tiger tail), crimp beads, seed beads (those are the smaller beads), and any other bead that suits your fancy as the larger “focal beads.” Tools involved would be wire cutters and crimping tool.
Since the design divides to go around a focal bead, I would use three or four strands of tiger tail. You’ll need to figure out how long the finished bracelet would be – math involved here – multiply by 4, add at least another 6 – 10 inches, cut into 2 even strands, fold in half to find center, and start adding beads.
If you’re wanting a complete, step-by-step instruction on this particular bracelet, you should probably contact the designer and ask her permission. Otherwise, print out the picture, take it to a craft store, and ask if they offer beading classes for which you could sign up, and show them what it is you would like to accomplish.
