I decided to change my clothing style to heavy metal or visual kei,help with what should i buy for beginner?

Well i listen to metal and visual kei a lot, and i somehow want to express that way too, i know what kind on clothes should I buy and all that, but problem is I cant afford to just change to that style instantly -.-
So what should i buy for beginner, how many pants is enough, how many skirts, t-shirts, what kind of shoes should i buy… etc
And for accessories, i have one skull + hand with skulls necklace, spikes bracelet and one ring, and key holder, i think that is enough for beginning, clothes is my priority…
I just want to have enough clothes that i can wear normally, and don’t wanna hear : AA she wear same pants everyday or something, like some ppl do…

Visual kei takes a lot of time and effort. I can’t say I’m fully visual kei, I mean, its absolutely impossible to dress full visual kei every day. The outfits and makeup are far too dramatic and take a lot of time to put together. If your just going out to the shops to buy one thing and its not going to take you long, what’s the point of spending three hours on your hair and makeup? Just wear jeans and a tshirt, you know? So yeah, don’t dress visual kei literally all the time.
Visual kei is only expensive if you make it expensive. Its really not at all necessary that all your clothes be sex pot revenge, in fact its probably better if their not. Visual kei is all about originality, see what you can find in thrift stores! You can make anything Visual Kei with a bit of customization. Or better yet, buy a sewing machine and make your own clothes.

A few other things I will say…don’t wear black lipstick at all costs, and don’t do eyeliner swirls, its a mistake a lot of people make when attempting Visual Kei, and it just looks terrible. Try and avoid GLP/Punk Rave (you can find these brands on eBay), most of their clothes aren’t really ‘Visual Kei’ and just look really stupid. That being said, I occasionally purchase the odd item of clothing from them, now and again you might find some nice clothes from them. But usually they just look stupid. Oh, and creepers are worn by a lot of Jrockers and are a good choice of footwear for visual kei, so if you can find a cheap pair, buy them! As for hair, go on youtube and type in “Visual Kei hair” and there you have it.
