Do teacup Persians really consists of silver and golden only?
I have been searching for a white teacup Persian kitten with blue eyes but after reading this article and not sure they come in white?

To answer your question – TEACUP PERSIANS DON’T EXIST! It’s only a name horrible BACKYARD BREEDERS are giving to sickly kittens that they are breeding extra small with NO consideration for the problems this causes the animals. They end up with weak hearts, anemia, etc, etc.
If you want a Persian then buy one from a reputable breeder selling TICA, CFA or ACFA registered, breed standard animals. Are you aware how high maintenance Persians are? They need to be combed – not brushed – and this has to be done at the very least every other day ALL YEAR LONG. Please don’t get one if you don’t have the time – or desire – to dedicate that amount of care to a cat.
