EARTH EMERGENT
Never so connected,
breath and being
rage within.
Denied the right
to sing
with all the power
of the worlds.
Silver music
from the lips,
harlot for the energies.
A talent trained
by goddess golden
gather’s dust and spiders.
Healing set aside
for battle.
Mother/sister/lover/harlot,
reincarnate savior.
Such a beautiful, bittersweet poem.
The more I read it the better I like it , which to me is one measure of a good poem.
I feel as though I can relate to the subject matter very well.
