Formatting it like this makes it a lot easier to see what’s in your deck.

Simply glancing at your deck, you seem to have fallen into the common trap of trying to include as many different monsters, including a lot that don’t fit your theme but seem to be good in general. As a result your deck lacks reliability and you’ll probably struggle to get your good monsters out.

‘Dragons’ are not sufficient for a deck theme. There are many different Archetypes and Deck Builds for dragons, (eg Armed Dragons, Horus, Red-Eyes) so you’d be better off picking one of those and then designing a deck around that than trying to include all of them in one. It’s also far easier to suggest what cards to add/remove when it’s clear what the deck does.
