DUBYA seems to have more humor than his Dad, although his humor seems a bit bizarre and misplaced, as if 99% of it is insider jokes to be only appreciated by his close circle and nobody else.

IKE seemed fairly humorless, and TRUMAN seemed to have a bawdy and unpolished sense of humor similar to LYNDON JOHNSON.
