i have an antique macaroni maker and i would like to find some info on it?

its a solid brass cylinder with different style plates for different styles of macarone.
the cylinder is filled with dough and then its compressesd out with a screw type plunger.i know its made in italy possiblly the late 18 hundredes ..looking for a web-site with photographs..
