LMAO yes im not phat with a p but fat with an F meaning (if you don’t know) that phat with a p means thick and with a F just means fat! obesity! or on the border line! Im a size 11 and ppl may be like 11? whoa ! or 11 girl pls but no i have a gut that makes me look pregnant! too much hips thighs and ass! and to be honest I used to be a three! and i know what happened, but Im trying to get down to a size 5 before the summer ends, so any advice? tips and diets I could go on that can help me meet my goal? please help, i am in desperate need-it would be an honor thx!

I was a size 11 about 2 months ago… now I’m a size 9… getting to a 7. losing weight is 80% about what you eat. The most important thing is to only eat when you are hungry… chew on some gum when you’re not if you’re having cravings. For me I have to lose about 10 lbs to drop a pant size. You won’t get to a size 5 before summer’s over… but you can lose 2-3 lbs a week if you eat when you’re hungry, exercise a little everyday (cardio is best), get a good night’s sleep, and eat breakfast right when you get up in the morning. You’ll get there. =)
