what glue should i use for snake skin to make a bracelet?
i have a snake skin, i maked it soft and flexible (with the glycerin and alcohol), and now i want to make a bracelet.
can i use glue to glue it on a leather?
can i sew it? how must be the string.
This is probably in the wrong category, but I’ll give it a shot.
I would imagine that the glue would be fine, but I’d use something like rubber cement which won’t make lumps under the skin. Once you have it very smoothly over the leather band, fold the edges under (snake skin a little wider than the leather) and sew it in place on the edges. You may have to take it to a shoemakers shop, they will have a sewing machine that can do the job.
Nothing wrong with having snake leather. Hopefully you obey the laws when catching one, and you won’t take an endangered species.
