the phone came with the cord to plug it into the computer but it doesnt switch information . for ex. i cant upload pics from the phone or vise versa .

with the cord there must b a software cd included in ur mobile bundle box. install that software in ur computer first. then connect ur phone to computer through usb. now it will b detected by the computer. now u an put music and other stuffs in ur mobile through that software.
