Muscle pain due to muscle hardness…?
I’m 33 years old and have extreme muscle pain especially in the Teres Minor/Major Region, Rotator Cuff. My wife wants me to go to the hospital because for whatever reason my muscles are becoming rock hard. I’m not tryin to brag but we do not know why it’s happening however I have pain over my body as well. I take aspirin and motrin but nothing helps. Now she has to use a hammer, her knee just to give a massage and it wears her out. Is there such a condition?
You need to go to a doctor what’s happening to you sounds serious. Do you lift weights? Maybe you tore some muscles that can be very painful especially a pulled Rotator Cuff. They take forever to heal right.
