anyone who has used crest whitestrips?
ill be 15 soon and my teeth are kind of yellow (not horrible but not gorgeous). i have a few questions so if anyone could help:
1) do they permanently damage enamel?
2) which one is best?
3) how much does it cost?
4) did you have really bad sensitivity?
5) how long did the results last?
(also if you could say how old you are)

was it worth it/ was there a noticeable difference?
1)They only damage your teeth if you use them too frequently. I have a friend who used 4 packs within 2 years, and her teeth began to take on an almost see-through appearance. However, I’ve used them twice in the past 2 years, and mine are whiter than ever!
2) I usually buy the generic CVS version of the Crest Whitestrips, the 14 day kind. (My dentist even recommends this kind).
3) The generic is around 20 dollars.
4) Yes. Your teeth do become VERY sensitive. Try using Sensodyne toothpaste, it reduces sensitivity.
5)About 8 months
I’m 19. =] Hope that helps.
As a side note, I’ll say that I think the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. Everyone always comments on how white my teeth are, and I’m constantly getting compliments. Also, the sensitivity wears off after the first week or less. Best of luck!
