I have misaligned C5 C6. No pushing, pulling, lifting, jumping…so how do I get fit? Walking’s not enough.?

The doctor I was seeing said that I had to be careful not to pull my rotator cuff and that if I over do it I can lose the use of my hands. I was always the tomboy until this happened and now I feel like I’m made of glass. He said the surgery has a 95% failure rate so that’s not an option. I can’t stand the weight I’ve gained and lipo and tummy tucks aren’t in my budget..any ideas?

If you have access to a pool I’d try walking laps. Ask your doctor if swimming will over do it for you.
