My black metal outfit isn’t very black metal!?

I’m going to be a black metal chick for Halloween. I’ve got my corpse paint, spiked choker, studded gauntlets (I couldn’t find spiked ones), a black/white corset, black pants (or skirt), fishnets, and boots.

It doesn’t look very black metal when I have it on. Any suggestions?

…That’s a LOT more Goth than Black Metal.

First, swap the corset out for a black tshirt. Maybe have a good band (Immortal, Ancient, Dimmu Borgir, Satyricon, Emperor) tee. Black jeans, spiked boots. Spiked gauntlets, lose the choker, throw on the corpse paint. dye your hair black if it isn’t already, maybe frizz it ever so slightly.

If all else fails, try going for something like that, but female, and lose the axe.

And, in music videos, on stage, etc. females in metal band are usually going for less of the badass and more of the traditional pretty look.
