Is it possible keep the body fit with just diet but no exercise and all?

I want to keep my body fit with just Diet but no exercise, yoga and all……Advise some diets to keep my body fit.

Technically not really because if you only eat only food thats good but you still need to exercise to loose calories and fat you gain from eating. Exercising can also help you feel and look younger..and you can also live longer. At the same time you dont have to like go to the gym or run for an hour….you can do simple exercise that can help you alot like doing 1 hour of hula-hoops, 100 sits-up, or cleaning the house( your working all of the muscle and make the house cleaner =]). Well, good luck living better!!
