….A rotator cuff starts to deteriorate from the time your born. As the tendons in the shoulder go about it’s daily tasks it will rub against bone,joints,soft tissue,muscle,and various elements in the shoulder.
What Happens To That Requires Repair
You see repair is required when that soft tissue is no longer in between two hollow objects like the 4 muscle heads of the shoulder or the bones in the shoulder touch each other. Hence why you feel pain!
The Damage; Is it enough?
If the tear is large enough and if the bone or ligaments are exposed you’ll need rehab because the pain will only increase and so will the size of the tear. Also during rehab you’ll learn the causes of the initial tear which is important to stay shoulder pain free from here on out!
What To Do?(The Facts)
