my friend left her journal at my house when she spent the night?
they were all really emo && like depressin!! im freakin out!!! what do i do?! what do i say to her?? and how do i give it back to her without her gettin mad?!!
heres the poems:
mistakes-
mistakes are written in the back of my head
blood from my wrists, skin starts to shed
the past still reflects from my soul
extreme feelings, outta control
sick of lust-
hand in hand, waist to waist
lips against mine, lovely taste
whisper that you love me, say that it’s true
telling me “theres no no one out there but you”
how can you have trust with a loveless piece of lust?
sick of it all, i just want love
blood-
tasty, drippy, ooziness
fills my mouth with happiness
everytime it hits my lip it triggers down deep inside
makes me feel as if theres nothing to hide
bite me, cuff me, lick me all around
when born as vampires, more blood must be found
First of all, let me tell you that it was extremely untruthful and untrustworthy for you to read your friend’s diary—a diary is a place where someone can write down their feelings and expect them to be kept only to themselves. It was wrong of you to read her personal thoughts.
Just give her the diary back. Don’t tell her you read it. She would most liikely be very upset and hurt if she knew you had probed into her intermost thoughts.
Your friend might be having depression issues or she might be having issues at home and her pain and anger just comes out in the poems she’s written down in her diary. Besides, words are just words—it’s not likely that she really believes she’s a vampire or anything. It’s just how she feels inside. And you need to respect that.
She’s your friend. Unless you see any signs that she’s going to hurt herself or someone else, don’t interefere or talk about what she’s written in her diary. Don’t speak of this to anyone else, either. Keep your friend’s secrets as they should be—secrets.
