Does Ice Cream stuff run small?

Hey I tried on the Ice Cream waffle hoodie which ran really small (I tried on the medium). The medium t-shirt fit me just fine but are all hoodies that fit? The width was fine but the length was short both from neck down and from arm to cuff. How much wider is the large? Or is this just a problem with the waffle hoodie?

From what I find, many “cute” places have sizes similar to junior sizes.

However, clothes’ sizes can differ from batches to batches. The hoodie you tried on might be the “smaller” batch by accident, or they might be intentionally small.
