How do you make a two color hemp bracelet?

I recently learned how to make a hemp bracelet, but i can only do it with one color. At first i thought that if i used a different color for the one in the middles it would do something, but looking at the bracelet i noticed that wouldn’t work.

the middle two strings must be the same and the two outsides must be a diffrent colour (it works trust me)
