What are some exercises to narrow my SIDES – not flatten my abs?
It seems when I work out a lot I just get flatter, and stay wide..it looks bad in clothing because I look super wide even though it’s flat.
my measurements are 36 ish, 31, 41. I’m 5’7″ and weigh 158 pounds. (I am currently still losing weight, I need to be like 137). I dont know what shape. either hourglass or pear. but my chest isn’t big and my upper body isn’t narrow either, so it’s not really the classic pear. I gain it everywhere.
Like I said, i have a very strong core and my stomach is basically flat but it’s just wide! From the back I look so much bigger than I should for how hard I’m working! :[
First of all, you can’t lose weight just by targeting one specific area of the body.
You need to first of all, do all body exercises and things like that. Such as jogging as fast as you can for about 20 minutes or so.
Then when you are all sweaty and you think you are gonna die. Then you should do basic exercises to calm down, like squats and lunges, etc.
Then finally I would work out side exercises like side crunches.
You need to lose body fat by cardio, you can’t just lose one area of the body.
