Breaking In a New Baseball Glove?

I just got a new baseball glove today and I need to break it in. Its not super stiff but it still is new. I need ideas on how to do this. Just to let you know, Its a Wilson with brown leather and thick pading so I dont want anything that will wear down the pading in side the glove. It also has a type of Velcro to ajust the tightness on your wrist, so no ideas that might damage that either. Thanks for your help!!!!!!
