Bridal Cuff Bracelet

Something extra for my MOH?
I have already gotten all 6 of my bridesmaids engraved silver cuff bracelets, but my MOH has really done a lot and I would like to get her something extra to thank her for her extra effort. She is doing all the bridal shower planning alone because apparently my other bms can’t or won’t help with anything. So I want to give her something special to show her how much I appreciate it all. I am hoping to keep in in the $40 range because I don’t have a lot of money. Any ideas?
And should I give it to her in at the same time as the rest? I know it seems immature but I’m kind of bothered that none of the others are helping her (or me for that matter! Haven’t even heard from a couple in months!), and I kind of want to make a show of giving her something extra! lol! I probably won’t but the immature side of me wants to! 
I think it’s really nice that you want to get her something extra and that you’re noticing how much she is doing for you. I think that she will appreciate you just noticing all of her efforts. I think if you got her a pedicure (or gift certificate for one) that she would love it, it would be something where she could go and relax after all of the wedding stuff or maybe even before the wedding, she could just sit down relax and get pampered a bit. And if you had the time you could make it just a you and her thing where the two of you go together before the wedding, that would be a good way to show the other bridesmaids that she got something extra without necessarily rubbing it in their faces so to speak.
