Do I have a clean record?

I have been arrest one in my life. I was about 15, or 16 not sure. I was arrested in school for brass knuckles. Some kid put them on me since he was almost caught. I didn’t have a idea about any thing till I opened my binder in the next class. That’s when the hell began.

I was searched, and hand cuffed, and was put in the back of the cop car, and taken to juvenile. After an hour I was released. I didn’t go to court, or any thing. Didn’t have to pay a dime, and I had to go to a first time offenders class, after that I went home, and lived my life normal.

So do I have a clean record if I haven’t been to court? Can people see that on my record? I just turned 18 on the 5th.
